Architectural Services

“Their professional, efficient, honest and upright business practice was more than I could have hoped for. There was not a time they did not have our best interest at heart.”

Dr. Keith W. Reed, Sr., Senior Pastor, Sharon Baptist Church

“They are not just a company we use, they are individuals we trust, while facing the often overwhelming tasks of developing a plan, obtaining permits and managing construction.”

Kyle Huber, Executive Pastor, Greentree Church

We offer full scope architectural services, from initial design to the final punch list at the time the facility is ready to be used.

These services are typically divided into the categories listed below.

Schematic Design

This service is usually covered as part of our master planning process. It involves developing the vision and scope of the initial phase of growth.

Design Development

During this process the schematic design is developed by a number of investigative methods. Design changes as a result of the fund raising campaign and the municipal approval process are integrated. Structural and mechanical systems are identified and specific spaces and their relationships to ministries are defined and developed in greater detail.

Construction Documents

This is the process of documenting and communicating the design in a manner in which it can be bid and constructed. This service would involve a complete set of construction drawings and specifications.

Bidding and Contract Negotiation

Regardless of the delivery method chosen for construction (Conventional bid, Construction managed, etc.) we will represent your interests in finding a cost effective approach and securing the contract for construction.

Construction Administration

We are your representative in the field throughout the construction process to insure that the finished building is built in accordance with the design specifications, and that any changes that are made would be in the best interest of the church.
